NOTE: THIS KEYBOARD LAYOUT'S CURRENT VERSION IS LOCATED AT http://www.farah.cl/DistribucionesDeTeclado/PaniberI_en.html.
This layout is identical to the pan-iberian (version 1.0) one, except for one difference: the base and Shift keystrokes corresponding to the keys ·, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, ` (grave accent), ^ (circumflex accent) and ~ (tilde) have been inverted. This layout is more comfortable for users [usually programmers] that type the characters \, *, -, +, $, %, <, >, =, (, ), /, & and | more often than the mentioned digits and diacritics.
Note: there's another difference: in the regular pan-iberian layout, the keystroke AltGr‑4+4 will output ¤. In this layout, the keystroke AltGr‑4+$ replaces it, so the final result is the same.
This is the inverted pan-iberian layout:

This layout can be installed on Windows operating systems (2000, XP, Server 2003 and Vista) using the inverted pan-iberian layout installer.
