Keyboard layouts for Windows: US English ROT13.

Quick view of the US English ROT13 keyboard layout.

This layout, highly convenient for Usenet regulars, allows touch typists to write directly in ROT13, skipping bothersome conversions.

As its name indicates, this layout is identical to the regular US English one, with a single difference: the keys A to Z will produce the characters M-ZA-N.
