Keyboard layouts for Windows: pan-iberian ROT13.

This layout allows touch typists to write directly in ROT13, skipping bothersome conversions. It's very convenient for Usenet regulars.

As its name implies, this layout is identical to the pan-iberian layout, except for the following differences:

The A-Z keys will output the characters M-ZA-N (the Ç and Ñ keys are not modified).
ALL the dead keys (belonging to diacritics or otherwise) are deactivated.
The keystrokes AltGr‑C, AltGr‑H and AltGr‑L will output P, U and Y, respectively.

This is the pan-iberian ROT13 layout:

This layout can be installed on Windows operating systems (2000, XP, Server 2003 and Vista) using the pan-iberian ROT13 layout installer.

Note: the current version of this layout is 1.2, following the version number of the base layout (pan-iberian).
