Keyboard layouts for Windows: latin american rkgraqvqb.

This layout (which would be called "rkgraqrq" in english) allows touch typists to write directly in ROT13, skipping bothersome conversions. It's very convenient for Usenet regulars.

As its name implies, this layout is identical to the latin american extended layout, except for the following differences:

The layout.

This is the latin american rkgraqvqb layout:

[latin american rkgraqvqb layout - base mode]

[latin american rkgraqvqb layout - Shift key pressed]

[latin american rkgraqvqb layout - AltGr key pressed]

[latin american rkgraqvqb layout - both Shift and AltGr keys pressed]

The installer.

This layout can be installed on Windows operating systems (2000, XP, Server 2003 and Vista) using the latin american rkgraqvqb layout installer.
